Senate District

The Senate District (also called the Legislative District, Government District or Government Center) on Coruscant was located on the planet's equator, and was the de facto capital of Galactic City.
The Senate District bordered the Financial and Sah'c Districts, and was in close proximity to the industrial district known as The Works. Many of the buildings in the upper levels of the district were built using the New Architecture style. At its heart was the Senate Building that contained the Grand Convocation Chamber which was the centre of various galactic governments since 25,000 BBY.
When the Yuuzhan Vong terraformed Coruscant into Yuuzhan'tar, it became known as the Sacred Precinct.
Following that war, the Reconstruction Authority aided in the area's restoration.

*The Senate debates over the current status of the war with the Empire. The debates range form hopes of making peace to propositions of increasing the military to unheard of levels. It was really all over the place and no clear set agenda seemed clear other then no one felt safe being at war with the Empire and that some action needed to be taken.
The debates were not surprisingly all over the place for they were not lead. It was a open forum with out the Chief of State. *

With in the Senate District a secret agency watches over the politicians, Jedi and civilians. They were broken up into 21 teams, each with two agents. Do to the grouping of them the 42 agents were known of the 21st. To everyone on the outside they looked as if they were simple another unit in the military. That paper view did not matter though for few would every see one of them in person well, and live.

*Jayden entered the senate building and quickly heads to the center podium. Around and in the building the remaining forces of the 21st have strict orders to lead no Jedi near the building. Their number currently are 18 groups of two equallying 36 agents.
The senate was all present and Jayden took the center podium it was time to make everything clear.*

"The Empire has offered peace, a peace that is so rare in this day and age. We have a choice to vote in a new alliance with the Empire which will save republic lives! Yes as some of you know already this means war with the Mandalorians."
*That was when a few key senators started to protest.*
"Settle down I beg you. Yes war with the Mandalorians is something I would like to avoid as well. Some of my family even belongs to their tribes however this must be done to gain galactic peace!"
*That thankfully got some cheers.*
"So as you vote to form the Ultimate Alliance into formation remember even though hardship is what we face now it is a small price to pay for peace!"
*A large group of senators started to chant "vote now!" and the vote was soon cast. It took twenty minutes in the end 81% For and 19% Against to form the UA. Another vote was cast to grant emergency power to Jayden, 68% For and 32% Against it passed as well yet Jayden was unsettled by the high numer against. It could prove to be problematic. Soon Jayden was once again on the podium.*
"Today we made a great strive towards peace. Some of you have fears of such actions yet I assure all this is not becoming a Galactic Empire. "
*Jayden yelled the word "not".*
"The Senate will regain power in GA space as soon as the Mandalorian crisis is solved. As proof of this I have decided the Jedi are to lead to conquest against the barbaric Mandalorians!"
*Jayden smirked as he could sense that solved most of the fears going around in the chambers. Sure everyone did not agree yet they never would. He then bowed and retired to his chambers with in the Senate building. *

*The shuttle landed in a hanger in the senate building. The side power then opened up and Karica exhaled hard to concentrate.*

*With that the Jedi head to the Chief of State's office. Once there the doors to the office opened and Karica lead the Jedi in. She then placed her hand on her hilt as if she was simply placing her hand on her hip and spoke.*
"In the name of the Galactic Senate you are under arrest."

*Karica stood strong, her grip tighten on her lightsaber as Jayden spoke words the sounded just like a darksider. However, she allowed Jarik to speak and take the front in arresting the Chief of State.*

Then the window behind him broke with a crash as two daggers flew in at the Jedi. Then a moment later two of the agents who bore that very same armor of those who had attacked the Gray Jedi entered the office behind Jayden. *

* Jarik catches the desk with the force and holds it in front of the himself and the others. Jarik hears two loud thuds as the daggers hit the table. Jarik then sends the desk away so that is smashes against the wall off to Jarik's side. *

* Aren holds his arm up blocking the few wood shards that come from the desk breaking apart against the wall. Igniting his lightsaber, the blue blade hums lightly as Aren readies himself. Watching Jarik leap forward, Aren knows he cannot allow his friend to attack alone. Aren uses the force to send a force push at one of the GAG agents intending on sending him back out the window*

*Jayden quickly entered Form VI: Niman and blocked the strike. At the same time the two agents stuck on slashed at Jarik with his swords and another threw two more daggers. The one that threw the daggers is then hit by a force push and is slammed into the edge of the window, he did not rise. As the agents struck Jayden leap back onto the window edge.*
"This has truly been fun my deer little Jedi however, I am afraid I have no plans to slay Jedi today."
*Jayden then looked out the window.*
"Tell me what do you think the public will think to see the Chief of State fall from his office in the Senate building at the fault of the Jedi?"

*Karica looked upon Jayden with shock as he so easily kept them at bay. She leap forward to land at the edge of the window next to Jayden and aimed her lightsaber at his neck.*

* As Jarik's lightsaber is blocked, he lets himself complete his spin and in doing bats the two daggers away from him. Landing in a crouch, Jarik holds his blade up and blocks the swords. Holding the Agents swords for a moment with his lightsaber, Jarik concentrates on the agent and uses the force to pinch his jugular vein *

*The agent starts to panic as his air flow when his lung can no longer pump air into his blood. He soon falls to the ground just like the other agent.
Jayden sent a force push at Karica to push her back into the fare edge of the window. He then stabbed forward at the Grand Master.*

* Jarik steps back as the agent falls to the ground, he looks over his shoulder at the battle in the window. Pulling the force to him Jarik knows that this confrontation had already gone to long... As Jayden pushes Karica back with the force then stabs his saber at her, Jarik turns and moves straight at Jayden.
Using the force to guide him, Jarik slices downwards at Jayden's arm just below the elbow, he intends to take his arm off and end the fight. Jarik keeps moving forward so that if his attack is blocked he could at least tackle Jayden out of the window*

*Jayden quickly moved away from attacking Karica to block the slash at his arm. He then found himself being pushed back and rather then fighting it he would the force to push him out the window. Using the force to slow his descend Jayden landed on the ground in a kneeing position. Next to him was three Senate guards who he quickly barked orders to.*

"A group of the Jedi are attempting to commit treason by attacking the Senate, quickly lock down the building and send teams up to my office. Shoot to kill!"
*He said and then all of a sudden felt a strong pain his left ankle, most likely damaged from the fall. Which was why he landed kneeing he could barely stand on the left foot yet with the force and his strong will he would push on. Transports arrive in the next instance reacting to the warning from the Senate guards. The Jedi choice to fight the Chief of State well that meant they would have to take on the government he served. The Senate building quickly was being up on lock down, there was a very small window of time to flee before no traffic was allowed in or out.*

*Karica was pushed back into the window's edge and quickly ran tried to grab Jayden before he fell to the ground next to the three Senate guards.*

*Out from traffic a T-6 Shuttle or better known as a Jedi ambassadorial shuttle comes flying straight for the senate building right at the Chief of States office. The man piloting the ship was dressed in jedi robes and had actually been a jedi but in secret had been working for a completely different order. The jedi in the room would most likely see it coming and would have time to escape but the ship was aimed at crashing right into the office. Once it had pieces of the burning shuttle would fall to the ground down where Jayden had been when he landed.*

* Jarik grips the window ledge with his left hand as he watches Jayden fall hundreds of feet to the ground below. Swearing under his breath, Jarik watches as Jayden gets up and points towards his office and squads of senate guards rush into the buidling. Clipping his lightsaber back to his belt, Jarik puts both hands on the ledge and lifts himself back up.
Standing and brushing glass off himself Jarik turns towards Karica when out of the corner of his eye he sees a shuttle flying unusually low. Turning his attention to the shuttle, Jarik could see that it was intending on crashing into the very room the occupied.*
" I agree, we need to move now !!"
